Welcome to ByteMinders EduTech Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules, regulations, and expectations that govern your access to and use of our official website [www.byteminders.com] and all related platforms, services, courses, training programs, workshops, content, and tools provided by ByteMinders (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue the use of our Services immediately.

1. Introduction

ByteMinders EduTech Pvt. Ltd. is an educational and training platform established with the vision of empowering individuals—students, freshers, and working professionals—with industry-ready digital skills, particularly in the domain of freelancing, web development, search engine optimization (SEO), and entrepreneurial growth. Our Services are designed to provide access to structured learning paths, mentorship, workshops, certifications, and career support for learners.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To use or access our Services, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 16 years of age or older. Users under 18 years of age must seek parental/guardian consent before enrollment.
  • You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract as per the applicable laws of India.
  • You agree to provide true, current, and complete registration information and to keep such information accurate and updated at all times.

3. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All payments for paid Services (courses, certifications, and training programs) must be made in full at the time of enrollment. ByteMinders uses Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway, for processing all online transactions.
Refund Policy:

  • A learner may request a refund within the first 15 days of joining a paid training program.
  • If the refund is requested within 15 days of joining, 75% of the course fee will be refunded to the original payment method after verification and processing.
  • No refunds will be processed after 15 days of joining, regardless of the reason (including personal dissatisfaction, time constraints, or lack of participation).
  • Refunds are not applicable for one-time workshops, free demo sessions, or non-certification learning experiences.
  • ByteMinders reserves the right to decline a refund request if misuse of the policy is suspected.

All refunds, if approved, shall be processed within 7-10 business days after formal approval.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided on our website and through our Services—including but not limited to videos, eBooks, documents, graphics, presentations, code, course structure, assessment tools, user interface design, trademarks, and logos—are the intellectual property of ByteMinders EduTech Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are not permitted to:

  • Copy, record, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or publish course content without prior written consent.
  • Use our content for commercial, academic redistribution, or unauthorized derivative works.
  • Misrepresent our content as your own or use it in a manner that violates applicable laws.

5. User Conduct & Obligations

By accessing our Services, you agree:

  • Not to engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.
    Not to transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Not to attempt unauthorized access to the website, other accounts, servers, or networks.
  • To respect the intellectual and privacy rights of other learners and instructors.
  • To abide by all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations while using our platform.

Violation of these terms may lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination of your access without any refund.

6. Use of Third-Party Tools and Integrations

ByteMinders utilizes third-party tools such as Razorpay for payments and ConvertKit for email communications and user engagement. Your interaction with these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of use. ByteMinders is not responsible for:

  • Service downtimes, errors, or delays caused by these third-party tools.
  • Data breaches, security issues, or user privacy lapses that may occur on third-party platforms.

Users are advised to review and comply with third-party terms independently before use.

7. Course Access, Completion, and Certification

  • Enrolled learners receive access to digital course materials via email or dedicated dashboards.
  • Access to specific content may be time-bound or restricted based on course design.
  • Completion of required assignments, projects, and assessments is mandatory to receive a certificate.
  • Certificates are awarded only to learners who meet the performance and attendance criteria.

ByteMinders reserves the right to revoke course access in case of policy violations or unethical behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

ByteMinders EduTech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of:

  • The use or inability to use our Services.
  • Errors, omissions, or delays in the content.
  • Loss of data, income, or reputation.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will meet your expectations.
  • The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • The results obtained from our training will be accurate or guaranteed.

Your use of our Services is solely at your own risk.

9. Termination and Suspension

ByteMinders reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account or access to Services without prior notice in case of:

In case of termination, no fees will be refunded unless explicitly stated.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
